Please note that the rental office should only be contacted for lease or rent payment issues/questions. They can be reached by submitting the below form, by email at rent@portofinosuites.com or by phone at (780) 760-8920.

The rental office is open Monday – Thursday from 12:00pm – 8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday from 12:00pm – 5:00pm.

Service / Maintenance Request

Should you have a service request, please contact Abbey Lane Homes by completing the form found here, or at service@abbeylanehomes.com or (780) 425-2884, Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Service requests include repairs needed to appliances, blinds, cabinets, granite, flooring, sinks, or other fixtures.

In case of emergencies such as a fire or criminal activity, please call 911. In case of flooding, leaking pipes, or other water related issues, please call Master Mechanical Service at (780) 486-7480. In case of elevator entrapment, use the emergency call button inside the elevator. Non-emergency requests including the following will most promptly be dealt with if submitted by email along with a detailed description:

• Elevators not working

• Entry/exit doors not operating

• Exercise equipment malfunctioning properly

• Lack of air conditioning in hallways

• Spills or garbage in the hallways/lobby

• Electrical devices not working

• Occupancy related issues

• Smoke detectors “beeping”
